What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
We stand by our gear. If you break it, we fix it. The Scars Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, as well as repairs for gear damaged during GORUCK events.
How do I choose the right size Rucker or GR1?
Sizing depends on your height and torso length. Generally, the 21L is ideal for those under 6'0", while the 26L is better for those 6'0" and taller. For rucking-specific training, the Rucker is designed to hold weight plates securely.
When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship GORUCK gear worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that items used in GORUCK events or training are not eligible for return but are covered by our lifetime guarantee.
How do I clean my GORUCK ruck?
We recommend hand washing your ruck in a bathtub or large sink using mild soap and warm water. Use a soft-bristle brush for tough stains. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight; never put your ruck in a washing machine or dryer.
